Medicines and supplements
Antimalarials, antibiotics, painkillers, vitamins: the products counterfeiters target most, where a fake can cost a life.
SabiCare puts a unique, single-use code on each pack. When a buyer sends it on WhatsApp, the first scan says GENUINE with your product details. A copied code gets a warning, and you see it in your dashboard.
What your customer sees. Product and company shown are an illustration.
A fake that looks like your product doesn't just take a sale. When it fails, or harms someone, it's your name they remember.
A registration number proves the product exists, not that this pack is yours.
Counterfeiters print real NAFDAC numbers on fake packs. A unique code per pack is the only way a buyer can tell your pack from a copy.
Scratch cards and holograms get copied too.
A printed feature can be reproduced. A code that can only be "genuine" once can't: the second scan of a copied code raises the alarm.
You hear about fakes too late, if at all.
Every duplicate scan shows up in your dashboard, with when and where the code was first verified, so you can act on a batch or a market fast.
Customers won't download an app to check a ₦1,500 product.
They already use WhatsApp. They type the code and get an answer in seconds, in English, Pidgin, Yorùbá, Hausa, Igbo or French.
Product name and NAFDAC registration number in your SabiCare manufacturer portal. These are what customers see, taken from your record, never typed per batch.
Choose the product, batch reference, production and expiry dates, and how many packs (up to 50,000 per batch). Download the codes as CSV for your inkjet coder, label printer or sticker supplier.
Codes stay inactive until you confirm the batch was printed, all of it or just the codes actually used. A code that leaks from your printer before then shows as "not yet active", never as genuine.
The first scan of a code says GENUINE with product, batch, expiry and NAFDAC number. Any later scan of the same code gets a warning with the date of the first scan, and is flagged in your reports.
The same code, scanned twice. The second time it's almost always a copied code on a fake pack, and the buyer is told not to use it.
Dashboard shown is an illustration with sample figures.
Cryptographically random, 8 characters from 30 clear symbols (no 0/O, 1/I or 8/B), checked unique before they're issued.
A leaked file of unprinted codes can't be used to "verify" a fake: those codes aren't live yet.
The first scan is recorded atomically. Two people scanning the same code can't both see "genuine".
Customers see the name and NAFDAC number from your product record, cleaned of links and phone numbers.
You see scans, batches and places, never your customers' phone numbers. Processing follows the Nigeria Data Protection Act.
Every answer reaches buyers in English, Pidgin, Yorùbá, Hausa, Igbo or French.
Customers use the WhatsApp they already have. No QR app, no data-hungry download.
Short text codes work with inkjet coders, thermal labels and stickers. No special inks or holograms.
Antimalarials, antibiotics, painkillers, vitamins: the products counterfeiters target most, where a fake can cost a life.
Parents check baby formula before they buy. Give them a reason to choose yours with confidence.
Fake creams with harmful ingredients damage skin and your brand. A genuine check builds loyalty.
Prove your supply chain is clean, and spot where copied codes appear in the market.
We'll set up your portal, load your product, and help you print and confirm a first batch. Pricing is per code and depends on your volumes; pilots are priced to make it easy to try.

Manufacturer sign-inNo. They send the code to SabiCare on WhatsApp, the app they already use every day, and get the answer in seconds in their own language.
Codes are short text (8 characters) delivered as a CSV file. Any inkjet coder, thermal label printer or sticker supplier can print them on the pack, label or insert, usually next to a line like "Verify on WhatsApp: +234 816 835 5653".
The second scan gets a warning with the date the code was first verified and how many times it has been scanned, and the buyer is told not to use a sealed pack and to report it. The code appears in your duplicate-scan report.
They can't be used to fake a "genuine" answer. Codes are inactive until you confirm the batch was printed; a code scanned before then shows "not yet active".
You see which codes were scanned, how often, and when and where they were first verified. You never see your customers' phone numbers: their privacy is protected under the Nigeria Data Protection Act.
